Thread Introduction
  • After some time of being active and patient it has came to my attention that this thread could help out a lot of people. Yes, I am aware most people just want abs and I'm fine with that but just know if your serious about getting them just the gym won't do it in most cases. My name is Parker and I want to help you guys I am very active on bodybuilding.com and that's where I've obtained this knowledge, I know there are lots of misconceptions and questions that people have daily about making a life changing choice. I think it should be clear how to go about this and that's the reasoning for this thread. Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. I'm hoping this thread can be a general quick reference for questions, ideas, or the need for help. Thanks to Roger Waters for the thread template, pretty much stole his, and to bb.com for the quoted words, reference links have been added.
